CD and DVD Duplication is ideal used for quantities between 100 and 5000. The burning of data is carried out on specialised equipment and then often HQ-Inkjet printed in full colour then lacquered on dedicated modern print machinery resulting in high quality discs with a rapid turnaround.
Replication of CD and DVD media is utilised where quantities over 5000 are required. A glass master is created from the originally supplied data and pressings are accurately pulled from this. The printing of these quantities calls for the more cost effective litho process, whether it be a single or full 4 colour image required.
